Leandro Erlich: Swimming Pool

May 2, 2009 § 3 Comments

Argentinian artist Leandro Erlich is an illusionist. Conceived over ten years ago, Swimming Pool found its perfect home at the Duplex gallery at P.S.1. Viewers in both floors experience the sensation of being at the border or at the bottom of a swimming pool. It’s funny and disorienting.
This installation can be viewed until October 2009 at P.S.1 Contemporary Art Center, NY.
